DAVE COWLES
Dave has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, equipment repair, and custom fabrication. He has a vast working knowledge of shop processes and equipment through all stages of manufacturing. He specializes in utilizing lean manufacturing techniques coupled with just in time deliveries. He believes in building partnerships with his customers and vendors to add value to each and every project.
EDUCATION
Dave holds an Associate’s Degree from Hennepin Technical College in Manufacturing Engineering, with specialization in Fluid Power.

DARYL GEMAR
Daryl has over 40 years of accounting and business experience in the construction and manufacturing environments. He’s been involved in the finances and management of the Company since 2012.

Daryl graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree.

JENNY HOFFMAN
Jenny has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing. Her expertise is managing projects from the cradle to the grave and she has a vast knowledge of materials and shop processes.

TED MARRS
Ted has over 20 years of experience in machine design and product development. He is fluent with 2D and 3D CAD and frequently turns our customers’ “napkin sketches” into working drawings and ultimately finished parts. Ted works directly with all the shop personal, from pre-fabrication all the way through final assembly.

LEVI WAHL
Levi began his career with Synergies 5 years ago, while completing his studies at St. Cloud State University. He gained valuable industry experience and knowledge by working closely with our skilled craftsmen.

He has been managing engineered projects since graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
