Under the direct supervision of the Pre-Fabrication Shop Foreman, this position is responsible for the set up and operation of the Press Brake machine, performing a variety of duties including set up to produce parts for a variety of fabrication jobs. Compliance with the IronWorks Quality Assurance Program is required. In addition, this position needs to collaborate with other team members, work within the production schedule, proactively maintain all tools and equipment used, and follow all safety precautions. This position requires an experienced, energetic and detail-focused individual with good dexterity that wants to be a part of a growing team and company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with a press brake machine, and have the drive and skills required to be an exceptional part of our team.

SHIPPING YARD - OUTDOOR MATERIAL HANDLER
Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for the unloading and storage of raw materials (steel plates and structural steel) upon delivery. This position requires all-terrain forklift experience, and exceptional attention to detail. This individual will get to enjoy the outdoor elements year-round, providing a variety of vital services to the company. Organization and safety consciousness are among the top qualities valued for this position.
WELDER / FABRICATOR
Under the direct supervision of the Fabrication Shop Foreman, this position performs structural steel welding and fabrication for a variety of jobs. Compliance with AWS D1.1 regulations and the IronWorks Quality Assurance program is required. In addition, this position needs to collaborate with other team members, work within the production schedule, proactively maintain all tools and equipment used, and follow all safety precautions. This position requires an experienced, energetic, and detail-focused individual that wants to be a part of a growing team and company.
