Custom Steel Fabrication and Industrial Painting
IronWorks specializes in heavy fabrication and industrial coatings. We partner with many OEM’s and support road and bridge projects throughout the Midwest. We are a DOT certified bridge fabricator in the states of MN, IA, WI, ND, SD, MO and KS and all of our welders are certified to a minimum of AWS D1.1. We also have an AWS “Certified Weld Inspector” on staff full time. Our coatings facility can apply anything from simple single coat paint systems to high build performance coatings. We have a full fleet of delivery trucks and our shipping department can cater deliveries to your schedule. We welcome projects of all sizes and levels of complexity. FABRICATION
Our Fabrication shop has the ability to process raw material in sheet form from #16 gauge up to 6” thick, and process structural shapes up to 24” using state of the art CNC controlled equipment.
MACHINING
Our Machine Shop is ISO 9001 compliant and utilizes the latest machining technologies. We have a wide variety of precision equipment, including CNC controlled vertical and horizontal mills, along with precision CNC turning centers.
COATINGs
Our Coatings Facility has the ability to apply virtually any liquid coating system. Both our sand blasting and paint booths can accommodate single items as large as 20’ wide x 16’ tall x 70’ long.
ASSEMBLY
Our Teams have extensive industry experience and can tackle any project from small, precise equipment, to large, heavy industrial equipment. Once completely assembled, most equipment is able to be tested on site to ensure all required specifications are met.
